Announcement #1: French Radio
Hear Ye, Hear Ye! I’ll be the guest on a local radio this Thursday 23rd (6pm to 7pm Melbourne time) as part of their weekly French program! This will be a first and should be fun! 🙂
You will be able to listen to me live on http://www.947thepulse.com (click on “Listen live”) and get to know more about me and how I came to Australia!
If you’re on the other side of the world or can’t make it, don’t worry: you’ll get the chance to listen to this interview in the next episode of French Voices (coming out August 1st).
Announcement #2: French Festival
Last weekend was the first edition of the Bastille Day French Festival in Melbourne. My husband and I dropped by and it was really nice! Plus, I had the pleasure to spend a lovely time chatting to some former guests of French Voices:
Jacques Bernard & Anne from French Books on Wheels
I got to see plenty of beautiful books which I’m dying to buy some time! We also had a private tour of the famous Van du Livre, which is on its long journey through Australia.
Listen to my podcast with Jacques and find all information about Le Forum and French Books on Wheels.
Nans from Choukette
Nans and his team are very friendly and their French patisseries are always so delicious! Got a crispy, fluffy and buttery croissant. What else ? 😉
Listen to my podcast with Nans and find all information about Choukette patisserie.
Cédric from Pop-Up Crepes
Cédric and Nhat made us hot, yummy crepes! I started with my favourite lime and coconut flavor then was still a bit hungry (or greedy!) and gave in to the Swiss chocolate one…which was….aahh, there’s no word for it!!
Listen to my podcast with Cédric and find all information about Pop-Up Crepes.
…
I’ll finish with a picture of me at the festival 😉
Have a great day, and don’t forget to tune in on Thursday 6pm Melbourne time!
